I heard inspectors would come out and pad an inspection with faults to make you feel like you got your money worth. Well my house was built well so my reports reflected that. There weren't a lot of issues, but the few things that Chris did report made it obvious he did a thorough check; and the reports (he cited codes for each issue) made you feel like you had the right tools to bring them to the attention of the builder. I feel like it was worth every penny. Peace of mind that your home is made right.
